Service Usage
Users must use Floxora services strictly in compliance with WhatsApp Business Platform policies, Meta guidelines, and all applicable local, national, and international laws.
Service Availability
Floxora does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of its services. Service availability may depend on Meta platform performance, regulatory requirements, or technical factors beyond our control.
Payments & Subscriptions
Payments for Floxora services are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscription fees are charged based on the selected plan.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including login details and API access keys. Any activity performed under your account will be considered your responsibility.
Prohibited Activities
- Sending spam, misleading, or unlawful messages
- Violating WhatsApp or Meta policies
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
- Using services for fraudulent or abusive activities
Suspension & Termination
Floxora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or services without prior notice if misuse, policy violations, or illegal activities are detected.
Limitation of Liability
Floxora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including third-party service disruptions.
Third-Party Services
Floxora relies on third-party platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp) and Razorpay for service delivery and payment processing. Floxora shall not be responsible for outages, changes, or disruptions caused by these third-party platforms.
Changes to Terms
Floxora may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
